This private Hong Kong hospital prides itself on personalized patient care, as well as state-of-the-art medical units and research and development (R&D) facilities. Trustwave designed a custom tabletop drill exercise involving a fictional breach of the hospital’s digital systems.

The results gave clear directives for strengthening the hospital’s crisis management protocols to achieve three key outcomes:
